Counselling
Sessions are held on a one to one basis for a duration of 60 minutes. Therapist and counsellor embark on a journey together based on trust, empathy and a non judgemental attitude.

Couples
Counselling
Sessions are held for a duration of 60 minutes where the relationship becomes the counsellor's client. A non-biased and non-judgmental attitude is required so that neither party would feel at a disadvantage.

Group
Counselling
Group counselling is usually held on a period of 6 weeks with each session being 90 minutes long. A specific issue is discussed during these weeks and there is also a possibility of one to one follow ups at the end.

Family
Counselling
A systemic approach is applied where family counselling is concerned. Families are encouraged to evaluate the way they function and identify any stumbling blocks in their relationship.

Online
Counselling
Due to personal limitations, clients can opt for E-Counselling services at the comfort of their own home.

About me
I am Isabelle Anastasi and I have been studying and working as a counsellor for seven years. I have worked both in the government sector and the private sector with children, young people and adults. I have also encountered and worked with different issues and situations not only on an individual level but also with couples and families..

Getting Help
Reaching out and getting help is not shameful. Counselling is not present for the mentally sick. Our emotional state, just like our physical one, might need to be serviced every now and then; and that is alright. So, do not allow yourself to hit rock bottom before you decide to do something about it. I am here to listen and be present. Reach out without any fear or shame but with your head held high. Make peace with yourself and just accept that it is time to get help.
